GENERAL

Q: When and where is Muslim Tech Fest 2025 taking place?

A: The event takes place on Saturday, 21st June 2025 at Novotel London West, 1 Shortlands, Hammersmith International Centre, London W6 8DR between 9 AM - 6 PM.

Q: What time can I access the venue?

A: 

• Load-in: 7:00 AM – 9:30 AM

• Vehicle loading bay bookings between 7 AM - 8:30 AM

• Stall setup completion: By 9 AM

• Public entry opens: 9 AM

• Event ends & Public exit: 6:00 PM

• Breakdown / exit: From 6:00 PM – all exhibitors must be cleared by 7:00 PM 

STALL SETUP

Q: What is included in my stall setup?

• Startup Expo: One table (76cm x 76cm) with a black cloth. No power supply provided.

• Standard Sponsors: One table (2m), table cloths, one chair, power supply

• Premium Sponsors: Two tables (2m each), table cloths,  two chairs, power supply

• Diamond Sponsors: Three tables (2m each), table cloths, two chairs, power supply

Q: How much space do I have?

A:  

• Startup Expo: 1m x 1m

• Standard Sponsors: 2m x 2m

• Premium Sponsors: 3m x 2m

• Diamond Sponsors: 4m x 3m

Q: What other stall requirements do I need to fulfil?

A: 

• Each exhibitor is responsible for their own stall cleanliness throughout the day. All rubbish MUST be taken by the exhibitor 

• All products must comply by UK Trading Standard Laws

• All activations/sales must be made within your own stand.

• Ensure your stall is staffed at all times during the event. We can’t take responsibility for lost items.

• Ensure your stall area is kept clean and free of hazards.

Q: Will power be provided?
A:

• Startup Expo: No—please bring your own power bank.

• Sponsors: Yes—power sockets are provided, but bring your own extension leads.

Q: Can I dismantle my stall early?

A:

• Startup Expo: Not recommended; please remain until the end.

• Sponsors: Dismantling begins 6:00pm. All teardown must be completed by 7:00pm.

Q: Can I leave my exhibitor stock overnight the day before?

A) No

DELIVERY & PARKING

Q: Can I deliver materials in advance?
A: Yes, sponsors may send deliveries in advance as long as boxes are clearly labelled. 

Q: Where can I park?
A:

• Vehicles under 1.8m: Underground parking at £3.50/hr.

• Vehicles over 1.8m: Coach bay (if available); otherwise, find street parking.

Q: Where is the loading bay?

A: The delivery entrance details can be found in the exhibitor playbook. You must follow the delivery sign on the left when entering the Novotel Hotel vehicle entrance. Follow your way down to the 2nd last exit on your right. A lift is available to the Champagne Suite.
